How To Manage Your Email With Gmail
Gmail is a free e-mail service offered by Google. As of2019, it has 1.5 Billion active users around the globe. A user usually logs in to Gmail in either the web browser or the internal mobile app. Google also supports the usage of Gmail accounts via the POP and IMAP protocol.
Google Gmails for business Gmail allows its customers to manage multiple Gmail accounts from a single place. They can create and manage both local and shared accounts. In addition, they can access and manage their corporate email through the corporate email services provided through Google Mail. In addition, business owners can get an individual Gmail account or separate customized accounts for employees. The Google Cloud Identity is the underlying platform that helps Google deliver these services to its users.
Organizing your inbox When you sign up for a Gmail account, you are given a unique username and password. This is how you login to the gmail interface. If you do not have a Gmail account yet, you will be asked to create one. You can create and customize your account by going to the main dashboard. Once the account is created, you can go about organizing your inbox by adding, editing or deleting the accounts that you want to sync with your gmail service.
Managing groups In order to synchronize your accounts, you need to be able to manage your groups. In the main dashboard, go to Account. On the left side, click the plus sign and choose Add Group. Enter the names of the people you want to manage your groups.
Accessing the Google cloud account You can also synchronize your email with your Google account. To do this, sign up for the Google mail service. Once your account is established, you can access your Gmail through the interface. There are two ways of managing multiple accounts: managing your accounts as a part of your group or managing them on your own.
Using the interface If you prefer to manage your account as part of your group, you can go to Account. From here, you can click on Get All Gmail Items. This will return an array of items that are all linked to your gmail account. You can select the items you want to add and then enter a name for the account.
